Account Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Cekin account and its data. You don't need the app installed to do this.
Warning: Once you confirm by email, your account and data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your check-in history, including all recorded locations and addresses
- Your emergency contacts, and your place on other users' contact lists
- Sign-in sessions, verification codes and your push notification token
- Streaks and achievements
- Your profile is anonymised: name, username, email, phone number and last location are removed
You can also delete your account in the Cekin app from the Profile tab. We'll email you a confirmation link; your account is deleted only after you open it and confirm.
